Repeat Prescriptions

pharmacist_3For patients who need regular medications there may not be a need to see the doctor each time you put in a request for a repeat. However, you may be asked to attend the surgery periodically for medication review.

How to Order Your Prescriptions.

1.Hand your request in to the reception at either of our surgeries.

2. Ask your local pharmacy to make the request on your behalf.

3. Request via this website.

4. Register on "Patient Online" a new service, which allows you to request your prescritions and so much more.(Please ask reception for details)

Please note requests cannot be taken over the phone for medico-legal reasons as errors can occur in verbal communication.

Collections

Please allow 2 working days for the prescription request to be processed. Please keep this in mind if making requests on a Friday or where there is a Bank Holiday. You can collect from either of our surgeries, or have it sent to your local pharmacy. Alternatively, we can post them to you if you enclose a self stamped addressed envelope with your request.
