Access Your Medical Records Online.
You can now access detailed information from your medical records online.
You will be able to see your medical history, allergies, test results and medication. Plus book or cancel your appointments and order repeat perscriptions
Please ask at reception if you would like to register for this service.
It is a government initiative that every patient has an allocated GP, at our surgeries. This does not mean you can only see this Doctor, you can see your preferred GP. The named GP should be used if asked for on forms etc. If you have not been told or not recieved a letter informing you of your allocated GP, please let reception know.
